Anyone Try Gamefly?

Alright, I know I'm an adult but I still do play quite a few video games. I've pretty much been playing since I was a teenager. When I first got started I remember using the Atari 2600. For those of you who are too young to know what that is, this is what the console looked like:
I have to admit it still looks pretty cool to me. The joystick really sucked, however. I remember after playing for a few hours my hand would start hurting.

In any case, these days if you want to play video games, you have far more options and the games today would have blown me away if I saw them when I was a kid. We've come such a long way in video games over just a few short decades that it makes me wonder what the games 20-30 years from now will be like. Hopefully I'll still be a gamer at that time.

Games are somewhat reasonably priced, but new releases tend to be a bit too much. I was thinking of joining either Gamefly or Netflix so I can rent games. I recently found out that Netflix scrapped its plans to offer video games, so it looks like Gamefly is going to be my choice. There is a Gamefly free trial (which you can get here)  but the bad news is that it's only 10 days long, which is a bit weak in my opinion. I'd be lucky if I can rent out games twice during that period. My main concern is the time it takes to get new games. I am really an impatient person so if I have to wait a long time for games, then the service wouldn't work so well for me.

By the way, an awesome place to get some news about gaming is Youtube. There are many channels that offer very good coverage of upcoming games, etc. I especially like Machima's channel.

After I try out Gamefly, I'll post an update of what I thought. Most likely, I will end up signing up since there don't seem to be a whole lot of other options. I like that Gamefly has a big selection. I just hope the new releases aren't checked out all the time. I guess we will see...
